Using Ace Your French
In addition to complying with all of the terms on this page, you must also comply with all of the terms of Ace Your French's Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations, such as those regarding the export and control of data. Failure to do so or suspected failure to do so may, at minimum, result in suspension or denial of access to you. Ace Your French retains the right to deny access to anyone at its sole and complete discretion for any reason, including but not limited to violation of our policies.
As part of your use of Ace Your French, you may be required to provide information about yourself, such as identification or contact details. You agree to update us as needed so that any registration information you provide will always be correct and current.
You may only access Ace Your French through the instructions and interface we provide, so please do not attempt to access Ace Your French through automated means, such as scripts and web crawlers.
The assignment Workflow
The goal
Ace Your French is not a writing essays service. Our goal is to help you improve your learning experience of French by correcting your work and providing you with relevant feedback.
The assignment
You are requested to provide information about your level of French, the diploma prepared, the type and the subject of the assignment, the expected date of delivery. Do not forget to include the draft that you have already done and other relevant documents, notes, references, links, audio records, videos or images. You can use the comment section to bring attention to specific points like a short notice delivery date. A standard timeframe would be two to three working days (does not comprise weekends and Bank Holidays).
We review the submit assignment
Within few hours, one of our experienced teachers will review the subject of the assignment as well as the documents provided. If the teacher requires additional information he will contact you back by email.
We quote the assignment
A personalised quote with a delivery date will be sent to you by email. Once you have received the quote, review it in details and check the agreed date of delivery. Each quote has a date of validity to allow the completion of the assignment on time. Payment has to be made no later than the date of validity.
Your payment
Each quote includes a link that will redirect to the Paypal web site. Proceed to the payment with your Paypal account, a credit or a debit card. Once the payment done, you will receive a confirmation email from Paypal then another one from us. Paypal screens or emails will refer to ACEYOURFRENCH as the company running the Ace Your French service.
We work on the assignment
The teacher in charge of your assignment will start to work as soon as possible to deliver it no later or before the agreed date. Once the assignment is done, we'll email it to you in PDF (.pdf), Word (.doc) and text (.txt) formats.
You are invited to review it and contact us back if needed as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after having received it. At that moment, you are entitled to a revision of the text if necessary. Just submit your revised text (provided that it is not too different from what we’ve been working on) and you will receive our comments.
Intellectual property
The Ace Your French service (aceyourfrench.com) and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. Do not remove any copyright or other proprietary notices contained in Ace Your French content on any copy you make. Using the Ace Your French service does not give you any ownership of any intellectual property rights. Submitted Content
You keep ownership of any intellectual property rights, such as copyright, that you have in the content you submit to Ace Your French for review. Ace Your French acquires no ownership or right to use except for the limited purpose of operating, developing, promoting, and improving Ace Your French and its content. This content will only be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. To the extent permitted by law, this license continues even after you stop using Ace Your French.
Please do not submit any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of another. Likewise, any unlawful, abusive, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content is prohibited. You further agree not to submit content that contains private, personally identifiable information about anyone or any entity without written permission from that person or entity.

We do our best, but mistakes happen so use this site at your own risk. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or reliability of the service offered by Ace Your French, or about the results obtained from using our site. If you find an error, please let us know.

General
By using the Ace Your French service, you agree to irrevocably waive any objection that you may have to this venue and consent to personal jurisdiction in this venue.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement shall be held unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Service and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions which shall remain in full force and effect. Ace Your French’s choice not to enforce any provision of the Terms of Use does not preclude or waive our right to future enforcement. Just because we don't act immediately doesn't mean we won't act.
